That was such a cool and innovative way of networking with people; and a lot of people don't think of doing that.
ReplyDeleteJust this week is the Logan Writers' Week here in Australia, and that's were writers, authors, publisher and other people from the writing world come together in Logan City to show people who want to get published just how to do that at the best possible price. The people who gather at these places are authors (and they are great to talk to because they're going through what unpublished writers are going through), writers who have the stories ready to go, and other people who are looking at writing, but don't know how to go about getting their stories on paper or computer. I'm currently at the stage where I want to get published, but I don't know where just yet - there's so many options.
And while I'm here... you wouldn't believe what happened this week! My house I've had so many problems organising is finally tidy and organised! Yep! Check out 'The Book Craze' and you'll see how good it looks! And it's because of four rainy days... we had a massive storm one night and it rained all day and night for 4 days; and I had nothing better to do but clean up and throw out. Also to hook up my new home theatre system... hehe... so, my house it lovely and neat. The clothes are put away, the floors are clean, and I can see where I'm going with the place. I'm so much happier because I can find things. :D
